The Lake Forest Association (LFA) membership listing below is provided as an informational service to our membership and the real estate community. The association does its best to represent this data accurately, but it does not constitute the official records of the LFA.

Important notes on these listings:

1. Only members, whose annual dues and assessments (past & current) have been fully paid, may use the lake, the park, or vote on association matters. For details, see our by-laws.
2. All outstanding balances of dues and assessments accrue to the property and transfer with the property. In other words, if any assessments or dues are not paid when a property is sold, the new owner will have to pay those monies to have access to association property and privileges, as also specified in our by-laws.
3. Inclusion on this list does not imply that annual dues and assessments on the property have been paid. For the status of a property, please contact our Treasurer. See the Board of Directors page for contact information.
4. Properties in certain areas bordering Lake Forest are eligible to apply for Associate Membership. See the Associate Membership page for more information on this program.
5. The listing is sorted by street name, then street number.
6. LFA Lot # is the number used by the association to identify each lot.
